It used to be a great place to work with flexibility and job security. If you are in the right location or able to relocate, there is still a lot of opportunity.

It became all about production numbers with no focus on providing a quality service to our customers. Everyone understands the need to manage expenses, but upper leadership would try to spin it as being about the customer. There is little to no flexibility in schedules and an often unmanageable workload.
