Toxic culture and a damaged employment brand. Rigid, top-down chain of command. You have no discretionary authority to make a decision, yet you're held 100% accountable. Very low morale (especially in ACC - claims call centers). The Workforce Management software controls EVERY movement you make, even down to bathroom breaks. Overwhelming workload and lack of manpower. Bosses who monitor stats all day and chastise you for going 10 seconds too long on a call (shouldn't we be helping and satisfying the customer?).
