There has been very little work force development over the last 7 years resulting in a workforce not ready for a future business state. The State Farm answer? Massive cuts and hiring from the outside. There is very little loyalty to employees and the culture is terrible. Leadership has been poor and many employees are frustrated, disheartened and struggling to understand the direction and environment. State Farm lost 1.7 billion last year due to poor management.
