The operations center is only 5 minutes from my house.

Almost impossible to get time off. No-excuse absence policy that punishes an employee for taking sick leave or unexpected time off. Bullying by accusing employees of violating policy when they haven’t. Poor intake of auto claims leaving downstream claims handlers to try to determine accident facts of loss and/or liability which was supposed to have been determined by that point. Incomplete investigations due to management pressure to keep claims-handled numbers up.
