If you work in Express, then good luck to you. You are overworked, underpaid, and micromanaged. The job is call center focused and leadership only cares about the customers. They implement policies that harm the employees, morale is down, everyone is on the edge from being accused of call avoidance. Turnover rate is high. Express department is absolute trash. Work somewhere else.
