-Points system is brutal - we are professionals, not children! -The attendance policy destroys the work/life “balance” the company touts. -Attendance policy replaces something we used to call “management”. Now managers have little control or authority. -NO fringe benefits. -Company lost billions last year; NOT a good sign.
