Pros
Very stable company with a good group of compentent employees (for the most part). Good benefits, time off, too much sick time. 401k and pension, but its tough to be a claims soldier for 30 years. Employees think they made a good decision joining this company and then the job starts and you wonder what you have done.

Slow to make any changes. Question managements competence. Promote work life balance but its just talk, nothing to back it up. Travel all year and lose your family is SF's way. Just a number....the quicker you learn this the better things will be. Agency can talk to claim partners however they want WITHOUT ANY REPERCUSSIONS ! No one has your back.
