Decent benefits, not amazing, but not terrible. Cool getting a yearly bonus, but it changes every year so impossible to know what you’re getting for sure. I’ve met a lot of good people here.

Micromanaging up the wahzoo, obsessed with AI that sucks, constant changes implemented with little to no forethought or planning, trending back toward full time in office as opposed to hybrid, hard to get time off scheduled, lack of transparency, emotionally and mentally draining
