Good team of people to work with on a daily basis. People on the phones are a team and help each other out. Can earn bonus if you meet quota an do well. Job is not difficult, repetitive.
Kontras
Owners and upper management spend alot of time patting themselves on their own backs. Middle management overworked and lower level employees are treated literally like they are "little people". Minimal raises. Minimal chances of promotion or career development. They do not encourage employee feedback or keep an open door policy for employees.
