Problematic nonprofit with racist leaders. Obviously what can you expect, most of them are white gay rich men living in SF. Anyone other than Andres (the Executive Director) leaves or gets let go of. Usually because their token queer staff wasn't able to "prove" themselves or get any BIPOC members to join. OMG and the leaders are so misogynistic. They treat their female, nonbinary and trans staff like garbage. Seriously do not work here if you're a BIPOC queer individual or trying to make a difference in the queer community. This ain't it sis. byeeeee
