The staff are freindly and try their best to make the days go in as quick as possible.

In my opinion the owners and the family of the company only have their interests own at heart and do not value staff. Not a nice atmosphere to work in.
Autonomy, Empowerment, appreciated, great Teamwork, development and training opportunities. Exciting industry to be in, as well as being part of a company that does so much for local charities.
