Average tenure is high, Dave Fabry and Lisa Richards are great, and the market will continue to be healthy. They seem to promote from within and pay well.
Kontras
Clap lines, immature leadership, stagnant policies and systems. The sales and marketing groups work some tough hours and the environment is formal. Sales people have it the roughest. Hours are long, compensation measures are weird, and the company doesn't really stick up for them over the customer. It's also a little cult-y. If you don't bleed Starkey you'll feel out of place.
