Competitive benefits, PTO, etc. Most of the people are fun and easy to work with

Where do I start? Within sales dept - it's lead by snarky leadership. They keep money at the top and cut corners on paying you out. Daily numbers/reports are NEVER accurate so they just don't pay you out. Salary is low - between 40-50 sales roles and they rarely move. They continue to let go good managers in order to hold onto money. As a sales rep you'll work weekends, atleast 10 a year. Need to "drink the corporate koolaid".

Pros

Decent pay, good work culture and colleagues, interesting technical work, great engineering equipment. The company/management has always been super accommodating. Good rapport with manager and project lead. Work at an IC level is definitely recognized more than most other companies I have worked for, especially when one is motivated and takes initiative. Company is also very fiscally disciplined and maintains strict budgets. This is definitely the best job I’ve had in the last 10 years.
