Working atmosphere! I am in sales dept, and I have worked in few companies before joining Staples Future and NEVER have I seen such a friendly atmosphere. And it's not superficial!! Work pressure, Hardly!! Fun is unlimited. Training module is extensive and very informative. They make sure, their employee is happy! And they give ample time to employees to get comfy.

Cons....hmmm.... may be for some employees travelling can be biggest problem. Still we have employees from far places. Okay, there is some tiny miny problem in co-ordination between interlinked depts because every process demands a harmonious co-ordination between depts.
