People are nice, environment is good

Not that I can think of

* Great coworkers * Fairly competitive pay and benefits * Hybrid flexibility (except changed to 4 days in office after I left) * Strong learning opportunities * Good resume builder

* Poor leadership * Constant reorganizations * Frequent priority changes * Poor communication * Low morale * Lack of accountability * High turnover * Limited career growth (in SBG)
