Navigating the bank's vast and ever-changing internal documentation system adds significant overhead to every project. Effective communication with senior team members is crucial for success. However, I've observed instances where personal preferences or biases might unintentionally impact interactions within the group. For example, I recently encountered a situation where a request I submitted took five business days to reach the appropriate approver. Unfortunately, my request was immediately declined without any verbal communication or explanation.
