      Pros

      Placed well in the strong emerging markets. A warm environment to work in. Good growth opportunities. Well respected brand.

      Kontras

      Not the greatest product suite. In house systems still require a lot of integration. Not the best central team as a lot of them don't have experience of working in the markets that the bank operates in.
