Great perks, benefits and solid work culture. Set structures policies and procedures. Opportunities to grow and learn are there but you have to take it in your strides and in your hands else growth will be difficult.

Sometimes the level of structure may be too restrictive or show bureaucracy. Remuneration not transparency lots of room for people to get additional pay based on race as opposed to merit.
