Pros
Stackla presented a great opportunity to develop my skills in the SaaS space. It's great working with intelligent, highly motived individuals all working towards one goal. They provide opportunities for growth and are proactive in helping you achieve your career development goals. It's a flexible working environment and you have the chance own the space you are in as well as be recognised for your efforts. Since joining, the company has grown significantly, and yet has still maintained its positive cultural vibe. There have been international food days, sporting competitions, birthday celebrations and foodie nights. Overall, it's a great work environment and I'm proud to work for Stackla.
Kontras
The only con is that the team (Sydney office) has grown so quickly that we have run out of meeting space. However, this isn't really a con, and all feedback has been taken on board by management.
