The work is unique. The world of finance is a nuanced one, and there is a lot to learn. I think the team really benefits from a diversity of folks that come from deep backgrounds in finance, to folks that have never even done their own taxes.

Sometimes the work is intense and in a massive sprint in order to get something ready for a client, but honestly, it's a startup. I didn't expect anything else. I actually enjoy having to think on my feet to get something up and running quickly.
