6yWe welcome all feedback from our employees, and are disappointed to hear you had a negative experience. We have regular meetings with our Founder and Supervisors scheduled so your voice can be heard, as well as an open door process for communication and regular Town Hall Meetings. We value our employees and all of the hard work which they do. We are, however, confused by the length of your employment, as at the date of this review we had not had any team members leave the organization with much more than 2 years’ tenure.
We recognize that our work environment is fast paced. We are doing cutting edge work, and solve problems which are advancing the field - this type of work is for individuals who are driven.
