5yThank you for your feedback and for your contributions as a former Stacker. We appreciate that you saw the company go through a lot of changes in the 5+ years that you worked for it and know that we couldn’t be where we are without the work that you did.
We know that the changes in the last 18 months have been challenging for those with longer tenure at the company - and particularly those in the PDEC division. We hope that you’re able to see the other side to the challenges faced with those in the Engineering Division specifically, though. With the ability to share the spotlight with other teams and divisions that helped drive the company, it became more inclusive for everyone as stakeholders. In retrospect, we know that this intention could have been communicated far better than it was, but at the end of the day, in order to let more voices be heard, different people needed to have a seat at the table and be given the opportunity to contribute to the company that they didn’t have before.
As we move forward with the new Senior Leadership Team, we hope to demonstrate a balance of approachability while driving the business through a lens of scaling and growth. We know that this means that some people will want to move on, but hope that we can have as many conversations as possible beforehand to help them make that decision. We also hear you on your point about teaching the SLT about the history of the company as they onboard and believe that we’ve made strides in those areas.
Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you the best in the next chapter in your career.
