There are really no challenges. The sisters are very aware of work life balance and the need to continue pushing the envelope in providing state of the art medical care.
I liked most of the people I worked with and the schedule was great. Nice facility. For the MOST part, the staff was helpful and would step in and help when you needed. Fast paced and helped shifts go by faster.

Some of the staff/charges could be difficult to work with and would not help when you needed help. At times could be stressful due to patient acuity and/or multiple very sick patients at the same time
