      Pros

      Good experiences at client location; great collegues; very inspiring sourundings. Most pros are related to work with the Roche - most of the time I didn't have much to do with square.

      Kontras

      The are three parties in the relation - contracting agency, client and contractors. This makes the negotiations complicated. The model of cooperation is evoling, and this generate a bit of friction. Roche Poland is using other consultant agencies, and afaik Squere is not the best available.

      Thank you for your comments, sorry for the delay in response. After working for us as a contractor for so long it’s a shame you feel this way. We encourage regular interactions with all of our contractors, most recently we celebrated ‘Tłusty Czwartek’ for our contractors in Poland, so we are working on this.

      Superb team Great place to start career and learn the ropes of recruitment compliance

      Bizzare that Contractor Payroll and Contractor Contracts & Compliance are one department - ultimately left because I didn't want to process timesheets and wanted to develop my career in the compliance and legal sector
