- Management in IT are considerate and do care about the employees below them. - Teams have fantastic communication and ability to handle workload

- C-suite are out of touch with employees that operate the day to day. - Project Management oversells capabilities of departments they don't interface with. Unrealistic goals are pushed and leave many projects unfinished and underutilized. - Late to implement an equipment model to sustain enterprise.
