Internal politics by BU heads, managers. Travelling abroad is a possibility but only the employees who are good at buttering gets chances to travel often. Global policy for WFH is 2 days from office and 3 days from home, but India and Pune is unique case where WFH is only 2 days and WFO is 3 days.
