Pros
Very entrepreneurial people who are there to help you and have your best interest at heart. The people that work here go above & beyond for each other. You can tell that everyone is in it for the long-haul, that people here genuinely care about staffing and see it as a career and not just a job. Upper-level management will do whatever they can to make sure that you are successful here. They don't make you mold to their type of recruiting/sales, they let you own whatever style you have and work with who you are as a person to make you the most successful that you can be. No two people are the same, and they realize that. There are some extremely cool clients and roles to work on as well as some fun office perks, like contests, free drinks, etc.

Sometimes being "too loose" can be a bad thing. Not having a direct set of guidelines can be off-putting to some. And then in general, there's no doubt that staffing itself is challenging at an agency level, especially in the tech hemisphere, but that's also part of the fun in it.
