Pros

Work from home, paid training, paid certifications and licensing

Kontras

You sell your soul as an agent to fund the higher ups lavish lifestyles. They push you to unethically sell people plans they don’t need or even want by pushing and bullying the elderly and disabled. They make the agents maintain way too much in dialer occupancy while still attending meetings, staying on top of cases, coaching, retention activities and documentation. They pay us minimum wage and all of our pay comes from quotas that are generally unattainable without sacrificing your mental health and work life balance. Micromanaging is huge here, your manager and director could be and usually are live listening to your calls and making you feel like the scum of the earth if you don’t close that deal.

Pros

The company does provide remote work opportunities, helpful training, and access to a large amount of leads. There are opportunities to make money if the pay structure is stable and agents are supported properly. • Strong training and onboarding • Industry knowledge and experience • Talented coworkers and managers • Opportunity to develop sales skills

Kontras

The pay structure has changed multiple times since January 2026, which made it difficult for agents to plan financially or understand what they were truly working toward. Every month felt like another hurdle, with quota pressure increasing while agents were earning less. The company continues to grow and make money, but many agents are struggling to hit quota and maintain consistent income. The constant changes created stress, confusion, and a lack of trust in leadership. • Frequent compensation and policy changes • Constantly evolving quotas and expectations • High-pressure environment • Limited work-life balance • Compensation structure can be difficult to predict long-term
