There are good people in middle management and at the IC level working hard in earnest.
Kontras
The culture is incredibly toxic. Senior leaders only interested in avoiding and placing blame. C-suite consistently pushing down decisions that hurt employees. Founders and execs directly bombarding ICs when they've made any slight mistake. Meetings with leaders where it turns into a locker room with vulgar/explicit speech in front of large groups of employees. High attrition, low morale and whatever the opposite of psychological safety is. Would not recommend.
