Pros
This company has grown from a handful of employees to 100+ in a short time, and I believe that the issues identified in some of the negative reviews here stem from inexperience---not from greed or self-promotion, as can be the case with many leaders. That gives me hope that with continued work, we are on the path to building an amazing company that fits my values to: (1) make a positive impact on health and wellbeing of others (2) provide growth and opportunity to stretch my skills and widen my thinking (3) interact with coworkers who enrich my days. You will like Spring Health if these things are important to you: --Spring Health is a company willing to speak out against prejudice and racial injustice, and where the plan is to be a part of the conversation about how each of us can help eliminate barriers that are so entrenched in our society. --Spring Health is building positive and amazing improvements in mental health treatment services and outcomes, using digital innovations while maintaining essential human connections--all this in a stagnant field that has not changed for decades and fails to meet the needs of so many. --Working hard is required at Spring Health, but you will be a part of building something special, and you will interact with a variety of wonderful people bringing different skills and ideas to the mission of improving mental health.
Kontras
I am sad to read the negative reviews on here, and clearly, Spring’s founders need to make improvements in culture. Working here can be challenging for a variety of reasons, but at the same time, my employment has also led to professional and personal growth and happy and fulfilling times during a 2020 year that otherwise was full of much grief and worry.
