Your leadership accepts this and works late and the expectation is for you to do the same, as you have the same patient load. Unclear training - each week your role has new tasks added that are not clearly defined nor are you adequately trained for the additional tasks which you are audited on. Fear Mongering - rather than incentivizing employees with raises or rewards, they make sure you are aware you are replaceable and undervalued. They will remind you things are "in your contract". Finger Pointing- Rather than focusing on how to nip a problem in the bud, they will shame whoever made a mistake and penalize you for it. In company wide clinical meetings they will call out mistakes people made to remind everyone to try harder. Scope- Navigators are expected to do the work of all other departments in order to "coordinate a cycle".
