Pros

Expanding rapidly. Some of the doctors are nice mentors and others are not. People like to teach and learn!

Kontras

Spring has new management and it seems like all the same problems are still happening all over again. Something is always slipping through the cracks and 365 feedback is a myth. Broken promises.
