Management was awful. Lot of scandals with the owners/HR department. Management and other coworkers were extremely unprofessional. They changed the commission rates right before I left, which made "bonusing" basically impossible, even if you cut hair fast and sold products. If you didn't sell enough products, they cut your hours from full-time to part-time. Full-time is only considered 30 hours and you can't work more than that, unless you're a manager. There's no room for growth in the company. The managers complained that they made more money being a regular stylist vs. a manager. They would guilt trip you if you were sick or couldn't come in for a major reason. Work culture was toxic.
