Compensation is good. Have a wonderful Value and Mission statement.

Most people in the company no longer live the values. Training lacks effectiveness and is given inconsistently. Coaching from upper management is few and far between. Appreciation is rarely acknowledged, Although they preach a great line, the proof in is the pudding.
