      Pros

      It's a fun and inviting enviornment. Lots of structure which is what I need in the workplace. They have the best continuing education. To keep you up on all the latest men's trends and styles. Sport Clips is a great company to grow with as they look to promote from within.

      Kontras

      The only real downside for me is the lack of benefits. (Which I believe are specific to your franchise)

      Pay, schedule flexibility, growth opportunities, company events, benefits

      Kontras

      The pay is excellent as long as you’re performance is strong and especially if your flexible with your schedule and full time. But if you’re not a good performer or super part time, this might not be the best place for you.

      Pros

      Great hourly pay with tips. Averaged about $38 to $40 an hour. Great starting place. They do offer training. The co-workers were nice at my location. Management does help you with flexible scheduling so if you have children, it works out great.

      Kontras

      Burnout is real. Expected to complete service within an allotted short time. Too many clients come in that want expensive barbershop cuts but want to pay the lowest price (they really shouldn’t even go to sport clips for). Also, way too many clients with long hair wanting full scissor cuts. They won’t turn away clients even if the cuts they ask for are — are not something sport clips does or allows for a lot of time. TV’s get annoying after a while (too loud).
