Lots of legacy code. Any estimates get approved, so you can work at a relaxed pace. Good corporate parties once a year.

Frequent layoffs, but if you make yourself critical to a lot of legacy systems, which is not hard, they are easy to survive. Growth is weak, and the company is far from cutting edge.
