not a good experience - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Splashlight: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I never believed Glassdoor reviews until I worked at Splashlight and see that they are true. On the surface Splashlight seems like a cool place to work but I feel there is alot of poor management. I personally didnt find the environment a good place to grow on a professional level. Poor structure, constant changes, communication is terrible. and its hard to trust upper management. There is a lack of sincerity and consistency. There seems to be alof of people who dont stay with the company very long. Good talent leaves. Splashlight needs to make alot of changes for the better but Im not sure its possible with things being so dysfunctional. Benefits are expensive. If I had to do it all over again, I would not choose this company as a place to work.
