Splash Modeling Marketing is a quality place to work because it provides a positive atmosphere, well organized, good people employed, and excellent opportunities

This did not happen often but on occasion there was some confusion with their payment process and it would take longer than it should have to receive a paycheque

They have some fun activations and good clients.

They take forever to pay. They sometimes underpay you on your cheques. Bad communication from HQ- there is usually no email reply until the 3rd or 4th email you send them. High turnover in independent contractors for the reasons listed above, resulting in very questionable people working some activations. There is never any training for events, so those who are "new" never know what to do. Usually understaffed. CEO is very unprofessional.
