First, I have never met or heard of Megan Podsiad. The owner of the business is not Megan. The owner is extremely temperamental. This causes A LOT of stress, as it is extremely hard to satisfy his expectations. Manager does not know how to manage individuals. His criticism is just berating. He often talks poorly of other employees while they are not in the company. I guess he thinks we won't hear about it. Very poor learning environment. He expects you to finish a task in an unreasonable amount of time, especially for college students.
