There used to be pros prior to 2011. Recently none at all and ask any store manager we all feel the same way. District manager is a mind playing power tripping out of touch type of person.
Kontras
Everything from work/life balance, ACTUAL employee moral, not the moral we try and display when the DM or RM show up to put on a fake smile like we actually want to be working for them. Company is completely out of touch with how a HIGH VOLUME store is ran. Sure the REA/FQUI/IM survey is achievable by a low volume level 4 store where they get no business, but not possible based on program criteria to pass at a level 5 store or higher.
