Company in General is a giant pyramid scheme. The HQ's primary mission is to find people to buy a franchise from them so they can collect royalties and dividends. They stick new owners and one other person into a 3-day bootcamp on how to print and make signs. The people have little to no experience, but expect the new owners to hit the ground rolling. They teach people how to under hire and under pay people so the owner and HQ can make the most profit. They trick people in making it seem so easy but helping you find a location and have a "standard package" you purchase from HQ. Unless the new owners know someone in the business their success is very limited. They don't really care cause they regardless of how successful you are, HQ's red tape will make themselves whole. I was there less than 60 days, and they were suing a recently new owner for not making their end quota I was hired as Manager of IT, but what they really wanted a help desk person. I was told I would be implementing new changes and helping bring the company to be compliant with security. The company has NO security. They have no spam filter, no firewall, no anti-virus. They are begging to be compromised. With that being said they only wanted me to answer emails and occasional phone calls about maintaining and building logins to their cloud-based applications.
