Pros
The environment offers a lot of work which is a great thing to have. Your mind will always be busy trying to make things better and the opportunity to stay engaged isln your job is there.
Kontras
However, the current leadership values the ability to schmooze and act like you work hard but they don't value hard work, solid people nor committed people who strive to learn more. Plenty of positives come from Software Development Directors and the teams they produce but don't walk the slippery slope of QA's leadership team.... Unless you are a bum - then apply you would fit in!
