The pay is good. The thing that makes sales very scary is commission! Especially just starting out however, at spectrum they do hourly and commission to supplement commission for the leaner seasons. The benefits like medical and dental insurances are good.

This particular site is filled with drama! Physical fights in the parking lot seem on the schedule bi-weekly. There is no flexibility in the work schedule! If you are a single parent with school aged children make sure your tribe is strong because there will be no more going to recitals and sporting events for them. The commission structure is not balanced and fosters “crabs in a barrel” mentality. Complete loyalty and obedience is the standard in the place, you are a number and not a human. Sale, sale, sale even if the customer calling in has no electricity to enjoy cable services.
