Colleagues are pleasant to work with and work load is manageable. Secure fast growing company. Benefits are on par with other companies.
Kontras
Not able to work from home and vacation time is based on level in the company. Two weeks vacation to start then after five years you get three. Continued learning and education is not encouraged. The company has merged with other large companies over the last few years and hasn't adjusted to the fast growth.
