There are no easy seats at Charter. You will work hard, fellow the instructions, show dedication and integrity. if this is accomplished the company will show the same back....especially when you need it.

The aggressive stance the company has taken in the industry comes at a price: As the company searches for higher quality service, higher production, safer working conditions and limiting expense.....there is alot of fluctuation which creates stress and uncertainty. However, to stay alive in this industry, this is what the company must do. If your use to routine and stability this is not the place for you.
