      Good medical and free video, HSI and Phone

      Kontras

      Management has no concern for employees. They freely threaten employees in team meetings and demand near impossible numbers. There is no incentives for employees other than the ones mentioned above. Advancement is limited to relationships and not qualifications.

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
