TWC was a great company to work for. Charter Spectrum is a horrible company to work for. Human resources are unethical to say the least. Management doesn't know anything about the company or how to do the jobs their teams perform. Supervisors aren't helpful anymore. Leads are rarely available to assist. Trainers train the new hires on everything except what they'll actually be doing. Teamwork is not welcomed anymore. TWC would've allowed us to work from home during a pandemic. Unlike all of the other telecommunications companies Spectrum still has our building open with new cov19 cases everyday. Employees have died /\/\___ and Spectrum replaced them......... That should give you some insight as to what kind of company Spectrum is. Why complain? We still have a job and free coffee right?
