Company could care less about employees during Covid, and frankly never cared during poor weather either. It clearly says in our state that employees who are able to work remote that employers should allow them to do so to their greatest extent. We all have the equipment but are not allowed to. Some people tell me to be happy I have a job, but what if I get sick or pass the virus on to a loved one? Cool, we get 3 weeks of Covid time, that's really not helpful considering since testing is so hard to get, you might be using it for time off in isolation over a cold and then ACTUALLY get it after using the time.
