We recently made a number of changes to our operations that will help employees better manage through this challenge, including an additional 15 days of PTO to be used for COVID-19 related needs, increased social distancing plans in our call centers and operations facilities, and a remote option for employees whose jobs allow them to work from home while still providing critical services.
