1.Managers are uneducated , even they don't have any technical degree (B.Tech & MCA) and promoted to managers (for coding & testing ) profile , they also treated their colleague (which comes from technical background ) like slaves. 2.they always be in a group and don't care of his colleague. 3. They are also very abusive & uses slang words at workstation. 4. Even though you performed well throughout year but at the time of appraisal they always put nonsense comments against your rating. 5. they always plays dangerous/dirty politics behind you. 6.they hold their positions past a decades & don't give any promotional chances/benefits to technical person.
